Install on Windows

Installs the game for your user with Start menu and desktop shortcuts and an uninstaller in "Apps". It needs no administrator rights, neither to install nor to start the game. One exception: if Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (x86) is missing, the installer adds it and Windows asks you to confirm that step.

1. Download the installer and, if you like, check its SHA-256.
2. Run the downloaded file and pick the language and folder.
3. Start the game from the Start menu or the desktop.

The installer is not digitally signed: if Windows SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC", click "More info", then "Run anyway". Check the SHA-256 below first.

Install on Linux

Open a terminal and run the command (Ubuntu/Debian, Arch/CachyOS, Fedora). It installs Wine if missing (with sudo, after asking), downloads and verifies the client and adds a menu launcher.

1. Open a terminal.
2. Paste the command and press Enter. The script asks for your password only if Wine has to be installed.
3. Start the game from your applications menu.

The game installs into ~/.local/share and runs the Windows client through Wine on your GPU. Running the command again updates the game. View the install script
